Our students have never been to the outside world. The students would enjoy hearing your life experience(s) as a westerner. Most visitors consider the visit to our schools a life-changing experience. Merrueshi Village Clinic

Merrueshi Village Clinic is providing basic healthcare services to nearly 5,000 Maasai residents of Merrueshi and the surrounding communities. You’ll visit the clinic with guides and meet our medical team. This experience will allow you to learn about successes and challenges of running a rural health center in Africa. Traditionally, the Maasai depended on medicinal plants for treatment. However, with a rapidly changing climate and culture the Maasai traditional diet of meat, milk, and blood has changed. Visit our clinic and learn more about the Maasai in a new world of western medicine. Click to learn more about Merrueshi Village Clinic funded in part by funding from Maasai Simba Camp.
